Pythean produces custom, made-to-order creative work. Because production begins shortly after your order and the deliverables are personalized to your product, orders are generally non-refundable once we have started work.
If you change your mind before we have started production, contact us as soon as possible at pythean.ai@gmail.com and we will refund your order in full.
If something is not right with your delivery, we want to fix it. Each package includes revisions. Please use your revisions to get the ad where you want it before requesting any other remedy.
If we are unable to deliver the work you ordered, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund for the undelivered portion.
We do not offer refunds based on advertising performance, since we deliver creative work and do not guarantee views, sales, or other results. We also cannot refund work that has already been delivered and used.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We are happy to work with you.
