Pythean is a service operated by TempleofProductions LLC ("Pythean", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms.
We create AI-generated user-generated-content style video ads and related creative deliverables, as described in the package you purchase. Deliverables, running times, number of videos, revisions, and formats are defined by the package selected at checkout.
Our ads are produced using artificial intelligence tools, including AI-generated presenters and AI voiceover. The people shown in the ads are not real individuals. You acknowledge this at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated advertising is permitted for your product and on the platforms where you intend to publish.
We deliver creative work. We do not promise any specific number of views, clicks, sales, conversions, or other results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.
You confirm that you have the right to use any product names, logos, images, links, or other materials you provide to us, and that your product and claims are lawful. You are responsible for the accuracy of any claims you ask us to include, and for complying with the advertising rules of any platform you post to, including disclosure of AI-generated or paid content where required.
Once your order is paid in full, you receive a license to use the delivered ads for your own commercial advertising. Underlying tools, models, stock elements, music, and our own processes remain the property of their respective owners. We may showcase delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Revisions are limited to the number stated in your package and refer to adjustments of the agreed concept, not a brand-new concept. Delivery timeframes shown are good-faith estimates and may shift if we need information or approvals from you.
Payment is collected securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in US dollars. By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected package.
After checkout you may book a call. Slots are offered in Pacific time. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising spend.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
